About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase on lulaseat.com. The store is operated by GM ABC FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping. Bundle prices are fixed prices for several pillows of the same color. Colors may look slightly different on screen, and sizes are approximate. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you order.
Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed when your payment is accepted and you receive our confirmation email. Payments are processed by Whop, which may appear on your card statement. We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if the item becomes unavailable.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is described in our shipping policy and returns in our refund policy. Both are part of these terms.
Safe use
The pillow is a comfort accessory, not a safety device. In a vehicle, always wear your seatbelt correctly, keep your seat upright while driving, never place anything between you and an airbag, and never use the pillow in the driver's seat. Not suitable for babies or young children.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
