Who we are
lulaseat.com is operated by GM ABC FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our store or place an order, and how we use it. Contact: hello@lulaseat.com.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses and the contents of your order. When you contact us or subscribe to our emails: your name, email address and message. We never see or store your full card details: payments are handled by Whop.
How we use it
To process, ship and support your order, to send you order and delivery emails, to answer your messages, to prevent fraud and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you opt in, to send you news and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the store: Whop (payments), our logistics partners and carriers (delivery), our hosting and database providers, and our email provider. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal data.
Cookies and storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. The payment form, provided by Whop, may use cookies needed for security and fraud prevention.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required by accounting and tax law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for up to 3 years.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@lulaseat.com. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
